The ePassport Interoperability Test Event was a highly focused testing event initiated by the German Ministry of the Interior, technically supported by the German Office for Information Security (BSI) and the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA). It was an international summit for testing, evaluating and discussing the progress made on a global scale in the area of electronic travel documents implementations.
450 international delegates attended the Electronic Passport Interoperability Test Event in Berlin.
